    While Real Roots Counseling primarily offers W-2 employment positions, we understand some experienced clinicians may prefer a 1099 independent contractor arrangement.

    Percentage splits and compensation structure may be open for discussion depending on experience, specialty area, schedule availability, and clinical fit.
